Bolt-on kit to connect Sanden Mini SD7B10-7176 AC compressor to your GM factory AC system

Connect to your factory AC system with new hoses designed specifically for 1988-90 OBS Chevy trucks (trucks with original R12 air conditioning systems). This kit requires a condenser with (1) male and (1) female connection at the condenser. The 1990 was a changeover year, some trucks have 2 male fitting.

For use with Kwik Performance AC brackets using Sanden SD7B10--7176 AC compressors (requires use of 90 degree manifold fitting kit:

LS High & Tight mount:

K10291 AC Bracket - Truck (99-13) / Camaro (10-15)

Big Block Chevy M4 System:


K10278 (Type-2 PS Pump)

Hose kits include:

#10 suction hose (1/2” ID, 1” OD)

-90 degree swivel from receiver/drier

-90 degree swivel with service port to compressor

#8 high pressure hose (13/32” ID, 29/32”OD)

-90 degree swivel with service port from compressor

-Straight swivel connects to safety switch fitting

-Safety switch fitting

-Safety switch (can be wired as binary or trinary)

-40 amp fan relay

-Bent ½” hard line with #8 male and female swivels connects to condenser
